Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the ConverFlow mobile app, websites (including FlowPages), and APIs (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to connect any Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Google, or other accounts you link.

2. Account

You are responsible for credentials and activity under your account. Notify info@rasvik.in of suspected unauthorized access.

3. The Service

ConverFlow may provide, depending on your plan:

Catcher — capture leads from WhatsApp / WhatsApp Business / Telegram notifications (Android)
Pulse — Instagram DMs, comments, automations, and related lead workflows via Meta
FlowPage — public page at converflow.in/username
WhatsApp Cloud — optional Meta Cloud API messaging
Lead CRM, Google sync, analytics, and device seats (e.g. Business Pack up to 5 devices)

Features may change. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

4. Third-party platforms

Integrations with Meta (Instagram, WhatsApp) and Google are subject to those providers’ terms. You must comply with Instagram Community Guidelines, Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business policies, Google API Terms, and applicable law. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or Google. Platform outages or API limits may affect automations and delivery.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for spam, harassment, fraud, or illegal activity
Send bulk unsolicited messages or violate anti-spam / Meta messaging policies
Collect or process personal data without a lawful basis
Bypass security, rate limits, or scrape the Service
Publish unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content on FlowPages
Share account access with unauthorized parties

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Subscriptions, custom plans, and payments

Paid features require a subscription or one-time period purchase shown in the app.
Monthly plans may renew automatically via our payment partners (e.g. Cashfree / Razorpay) until canceled.
Custom date plans: you select modules (Catcher / Pulse / FlowPage) and a From→To range; pricing uses admin day rates × inclusive days (or monthly rates for monthly mode). Bundle pricing may apply when all three modules are selected.
Trial (when offered) is Catcher-oriented with stated limits (e.g. days and lead cap).
Fees, discounts, and limits are those displayed at checkout. Refunds follow the purchase terms and applicable law.
Business / multi-device packs may have minimum period rules shown in-app.

7. Your content and data

You retain ownership of content and lead data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it to operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and software are owned by Rasvik Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. These Terms do not transfer our trademarks except as needed to use the Service ordinarily.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT AUTOMATIONS OR NOTIFICATION CAPTURE WILL ALWAYS SUCCEED. CATCHER DEPENDS ON DEVICE NOTIFICATION ACCESS AND OEM SETTINGS. META AND GOOGLE AVAILABILITY IS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You will indemnify Rasvik Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and ConverFlow against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, connected accounts, or violation of these Terms or law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion under our User Data Deletion Policy. We may suspend or terminate for breach, legal requirement, or impracticality of continued operation.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms and will revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
