(https://rasvik.in) ("ConverFlow", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. The Service is intended for businesses and professionals managing Instagram accounts and Catcher lead capture. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to connect any Instagram or Google accounts you link to the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@rasvik.in if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Service integrates with Instagram through Meta's APIs and may integrate with Google for Sign-In and Contacts. Your use of those features through ConverFlow-IG is also subject to Meta's and Google's terms and policies. You are solely responsible for ensuring your automations, messages, replies, and contact capture comply with Instagram's Community Guidelines, Meta Platform Terms, Google API Terms, and applicable laws. Some features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and plan limits are shown in the app. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to the plan terms displayed at purchase and applicable law.
You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service, including automation rules, messages, and lead data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service. Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Rasvik Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks except as needed to use the Service in the ordinary course. ConverFlow is a product of Rasvik Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (rasvik.in).
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT AUTOMATIONS WILL ALWAYS TRIGGER OR DELIVER MESSAGES SUCCESSFULLY. INSTAGRAM API AVAILABILITY AND WEBHOOK DELIVERY ARE SUBJECT TO META'S SYSTEMS. CATCHER DEPENDS ON DEVICE NOTIFICATION ACCESS AND OEM SETTINGS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RASVIK SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. AND CONVERFLOW WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rasvik Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and ConverFlow from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, your connected Instagram or Google accounts, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting Instagram accounts and requesting account deletion as described in our User Data Deletion Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued operation becomes impractical. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
