Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how ConverFlow (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our mobile application, websites (including FlowPages at converflow.in/username), and related APIs (the “Service”).

1. What ConverFlow is

ConverFlow is a SaaS platform for lead and conversation management. Modules include:

• Catcher — Android notification-based lead capture from WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, and Telegram into Lead CRM (optional Google sync).
• Pulse — Instagram professional account connection for inbox, comments, automations, and lead capture via Meta APIs.
• FlowPage — public business page at converflow.in/username (gallery, links, visit stats).
• WhatsApp Cloud — optional Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud messaging when you authorize it.
• Billing — monthly subscriptions and custom date-range (day) plans you build in the app.

Features depend on your subscription, device permissions, and the integrations you enable.

2. Catcher — Notification access (Android)

Catcher may ask for Notification access. Without it, Catcher cannot detect new lead notifications from the chat apps you choose.

We use Notification access only to:

• Detect notifications from WhatsApp (com.whatsapp), WhatsApp Business (com.whatsapp.w4b), or Telegram (org.telegram.messenger);
• Extract sender display name and, when available, phone number or Telegram handle for Lead CRM;
• Optionally save contacts / sync to Google — only if you enable those options.

3. Pulse, Instagram, and WhatsApp Cloud (Meta)

When you connect Instagram or WhatsApp Business Cloud, ConverFlow processes data Meta makes available under the permissions you grant (account IDs, messages/comments as authorized, lead fields, webhooks). You can disconnect at any time in the app. Your use of Meta features is also subject to Meta’s terms.

4. FlowPage

Content you publish on a FlowPage (profile, links, gallery, custom sections) is public on the internet at your chosen username URL. Visit/click analytics may be stored to show you page stats.

5. Information we collect

• Account: name, email, organization, credentials / Google Sign-In identifiers, device seats.
• CRM / leads: names, phones, handles, notes, tags, statuses, follow-ups you create.
• Catcher: sender identity fields as in Section 2.
• Meta-connected data: as authorized for Pulse / WhatsApp Cloud.
• FlowPage: published content and page analytics.
• Billing: plan selection (modules, monthly vs custom dates), payment status, gateway references (Razorpay / Cashfree). We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical: device IDs, IP, app version, logs for security and reliability.

6. How we use information

• Provide Catcher, Pulse, FlowPage, CRM, automations, and backups you enable
• Process subscriptions, custom-date checkouts, and invoices
• Authenticate users, manage seats, prevent abuse
• Improve reliability and comply with law

7. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share with:

• Meta / Google — only as needed for integrations you connect
• Payment providers (Razorpay, Cashfree) — to process payments
• Infrastructure providers — hosting, database, cache, under confidentiality obligations
• Authorities — when required by law

8. Retention & deletion

We retain account and billing data while your account is active and as required for tax/legal purposes. You may delete leads in-app and request full account deletion via our User Data Deletion Policy.

9. Security

We use industry-standard controls (TLS, access controls, hashed passwords). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Children

The Service is for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

11. Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be noted in-app or by email.
