Privacy Policy
ConverFlow · Effective date: July 12, 2026 · Last updated: July 31, 2026
ConverFlow is owned and operated by
Rasvik Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
(
rasvik.in).
This Privacy Policy describes how ConverFlow ("ConverFlow", "we", "us", or "our"),
owned and operated by Rasvik Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our mobile application and related services
(the "Service").
Today, ConverFlow’s primary product is Catcher: an Android feature that helps you
save lead contact details (such as name and phone number) from WhatsApp / WhatsApp Business / Telegram
notifications into your Lead CRM, with optional Google backup. Other features described as
“coming soon” are not enabled for data collection until you explicitly turn them on.
1. Who we are
ConverFlow is a product of Rasvik Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Website: https://rasvik.in.
If you have questions about this policy, contact us at
info@rasvik.in.
2. Android Notification Access (Catcher) — why we ask for it
On Android, Catcher may ask you to grant Notification access
(also called Notification Listener access) for the ConverFlow app. This is a special Android setting
that you must enable yourself in system settings. Without it, Catcher cannot detect new lead
notifications from the chat apps you choose to capture from.
2.1 Why we need Notification access
We use Notification access only to:
- Detect when a new notification arrives from WhatsApp (
com.whatsapp),
WhatsApp Business (com.whatsapp.w4b), or
Telegram (org.telegram.messenger);
- Extract the sender’s display name and, when available, a
phone number (or Telegram handle) so we can create / update a lead in your Lead CRM;
- Optionally save that lead contact to your device contacts and/or sync it to your ConverFlow cloud backup
and Google Contacts / Google Sheets — only if you enable those options.
What we do not do with Notification access
- We do not store full notification payloads or keep a history of every notification.
- We do not read, store, or sync your full chat conversations or message history.
- We do not use Notification access to read SMS, email, banking apps, OTPs, or any app
other than the WhatsApp / WhatsApp Business / Telegram packages listed above.
- We do not sell notification content or lead data to third parties.
- We do not use Catcher to listen to your microphone, screen, or other apps’ private data.
- For WhatsApp / WhatsApp Business, Catcher is designed to use sender identity fields (title / contact person metadata)
to identify the lead — not to archive the message body as conversation content.
- Group / system notifications (for example “WhatsApp”, “N new messages”, Telegram “Saved messages”) are ignored and not saved as leads.
2.2 What is saved when Catcher catches a lead
When a qualifying notification is detected, ConverFlow may process and store only:
- Sender name (as shown on the notification)
- Phone number (when present and valid) and/or Telegram username / handle
- Source channel label (WhatsApp or Telegram)
- Timestamp of capture
- Optional remarks / follow-up notes that you add later in the Lead CRM
A short first-message preview may be used only to help you recognize the lead in the app UI.
We do not operate Catcher as a message archive or chat backup product.
2.3 Where Catcher data is stored
- On your device: leads are stored in ConverFlow’s on-device vault so you can call and manage them offline.
- Optional cloud backup: if you are signed in, leads may sync to your ConverFlow account for backup and multi-device restore.
- Optional Google sync: if you connect Google and grant Contacts / Sheets permissions, leads may be written to
your Google account — not to a shared public database.
2.4 Your control
- You can turn off Notification access for ConverFlow at any time in Android Settings → Notifications → Notification access / Device & app notifications.
- You can disable Catcher features in the app, disconnect Google, or delete leads / your account.
- Catcher runs only while you have granted the required permissions and enabled the feature; it does not work without your consent.
3. Information we collect
Depending on which features you use, we may collect:
- Account information: name, email, organization name, password (stored as a secure hash when used), Google account identifiers when you sign in with Google, and role within your team.
- Lead and CRM data: names, phone numbers, Telegram handles, notes, follow-ups, tags, and call/remark history you create.
- Catcher contact data (optional, Android): as described in Section 2 — sender identity only from WhatsApp / Telegram notifications you allow Catcher to process.
- Billing information: subscription plan, payment status, and transaction references via our payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers.
- Technical and usage data: device identifiers, IP address, app version, API request logs, audit logs, and error diagnostics used to secure and improve the Service.
4. How we use information
We use collected information to:
- Provide Catcher lead capture, Lead CRM, and optional Google backup
- Authenticate users and manage organizations (including Google Sign-In)
- Process subscriptions and payments
- Monitor security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues
- Comply with legal obligations
5. Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on your location, we process personal data based on: performance of our contract with you,
your consent (for example, enabling Catcher Notification access or Google Sign-In), our legitimate
interests in operating a secure service, and compliance with legal requirements.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Google: when you use Google Sign-In or authorize Contacts / Sheets sync, only as needed for those features.
- Payment providers (for example Razorpay): to process subscriptions you purchase.
- Infrastructure providers: hosting, database, cache, and logging providers under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
- Legal authorities: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
7. Meta / Instagram (coming later)
Instagram automation and Meta Graph / Instagram messaging features are planned for a future release
and are not currently enabled in the Catcher-first launch of ConverFlow.
When those features become available, connecting an Instagram professional account will be optional and will
require your explicit authorization through Meta’s login screens. Until you connect Instagram, ConverFlow
does not access Instagram messages, comments, or Meta account data.
If and when you connect Instagram in a future version, we will access Instagram data only as permitted by Meta
and the permissions you approve, solely to provide the features you request. You will be able to disconnect
Instagram in the app or revoke access in Meta’s settings. This Privacy Policy will be updated before any
Instagram data collection goes live if additional detail is required.
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
Catcher leads synced to the cloud are retained while your organization account remains active.
On-device lead data remains until you delete it or uninstall the app (subject to Android storage rules).
You may delete leads or your account at any time. Backup copies may persist for a limited period before
being removed from active systems.
9. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation
between organizations. Sensitive tokens (when used) are stored encrypted. No method of transmission or
storage is 100% secure.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data
- Revoke Android Notification access for ConverFlow
- Revoke Google Sign-In / Contacts / Sheets access
- Export data you have stored in the Service
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
To exercise these rights, see our
User Data Deletion Policy or email
info@rasvik.in.
11. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect
information from children under 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions).
12. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service
providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and
update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance
of the updated policy.
